APPLICATION FOR OBJECTION TO A MARRIAGE

Application Procedure

The applicant is required to be present at the NRD counter where the marriage application was received together with supporting documents:

• Identity card

• Other supporting documents (if any)

* Objection (Caveat) to the marriage that has yet to be issued with a marriage declaration.

No application for objection will be accepted for licensed marriages JPN.KC01.

Conditions of Application

• Fill up JPN.KC04 application form and attach supporting documents.

• Application fee: RM20.00
