MARRIAGE TRIBUNAL

Application Procedure

Reference in case of matrimonial difficulty by the husband/wife to the Marriage Tribunal before making a petition for divorce in the High Court.

The Marriage Tribunal administers application within 6 months from the date the marriage difficulty is referred.

Applicants are required to go to the headquarters counter with supporting documents:

  • Identity card

  • original marriage certificate and a photocopy (if any)

 

Conditions of Application

Fill up JPN.KC14 form and attach supporting documents.

Payment:

  • Application: RM2.00

  • Tribunal Declaration JPN.KC29: RM20.00
