Identity Cards of Police/Army Retirees

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

• The applicant must come personally.
• Application Form JPN.KP01 (available at NRD counters) has been completed.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant is required to go the NRD Counter and bring the following documents (original and copy):

• Birth Certificate/Extract of Birth Certificate.
• Letter of cessation of service of the Police/Army.

CASH/ CREDIT CARD

• FREE.

Information: According to Regulation 3 (2), National Registration Regulations 1990 (Amendment 2001), every person who is no longer exempted from registrating an Identity Card is required to apply for a replacement Identity Card immediately.
