Replacement of Identity Cards at Age 18
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
- The applicant must attain the age of 18 years but has not reached the age of 25 years.
- The applicant must be present.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant is required to go to the NRD Counter and bringing along the following supporting documents (original and copy) :
- Identity Card
CASH/ CREDIT CARD
- Citizen = RM 10.00
For late application (has exceeded the age of 25 years), refer to 2A Payment Schedule

PAYMENT FOR CONVERSION OF KPP/KPT TO MYKAD UNDER REGULATION 18 (CITIZENS) A compound will be imposed for late re-registration after attaining the age of 18 years to 25 years. |

Information: According to Regulation 18, National Registration Regulations 1990 (Amendment 2001,) every person who is 18 years old must re-register his/her identity card before attaining the age of 25 years.
