• The applicant must come personally.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant is required to go the NRD Counter and bring along the following documents (original and copy):

• Identity Card.
• Entry Permit.
• Passport (if any).

CASH/ CREDIT CARD
Non-Citizen = RM 40.00
