Client’s Charter Customer Service Office

  1. A letter of acknowledgement shall be issued to the Public Complaints Bureau/ complainant within three (3) working days of the date of recceipt of the complaint.
  2. Response to the Public Complaints Bureau, SISPAA, e-mail, letter, telephone and walk-in shall be given within five (5) working days cccof the date of receipt of the complaint.
  3. Response to complaints in the newspapers shall be given within five (5) working days of the date of publication of the complaints.
