Client's Charter Client Service Office

CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICE 

  1. To attend to each customer that comes to the Customer Service Office within five (5) minutes after their arrival.
  2. To issue an Acknowledgement Letter to Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  3. To provide feedback to Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) within five (5) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  4. To respond to the e-mail within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  5. To provide feedback to the newspapers within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  6. To attend to complaints received via telephone and to convey the status of the complaints within three (3) working days from the date it is received.
