Client's Charter Client Service Office
CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICE
- To attend to each customer that comes to the Customer Service Office within five (5) minutes after their arrival.
- To issue an Acknowledgement Letter to Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
- To provide feedback to Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) within five (5) working days from the date the complaint is received.
- To respond to the e-mail within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
- To provide feedback to the newspapers within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
- To attend to complaints received via telephone and to convey the status of the complaints within three (3) working days from the date it is received.
