Information – MyPR

All persons with permanent resident status are required to change their identity cards to MyPR beginning 1 June 2006

1. Clear identification of permanent resident.
2. Red background.
3. Displays information on original nationality.
4. Displays the entry permit number if applicable

1. First application can be made at the NRD headquarters, in Putrajaya and NRD state offices only.
2. Application for replacement can be made at any NRD counter.

1. Original and copy of entry permit.
2. Original and copy of the passport.
3. Original and copy of birth certificate for those born in Malaysia.
4. Original and copy of adoption certificate (if applicable).
5. Other supporting documents.
