e-Participation Policy
The e-Participation Policy aims to cultivate public participation and improve the transparency and quality of services provided by the National Registration Department (NRD). Public participation enables NRD to consider broader perspectives, information and potential solutions for better decisions, services, dialogue and governance.
The objective of e-Participation is to involve the public in policy development and decision-making through information and communication technology. Communication channels include online surveys, public consultations, feedback forms, opinion polls, email and NRD social media.
