MEKAR
APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
MEKAR – the Department caring initiative that supports the Malaysia MADANI aspiration to provide services NRD directly to the people especially groups in need such as senior citizens, persons with disabilities (OKU), bedridden patients, mental health patients and they that unable to be present to any office NRD to obtain services.
Types of services MEKAR
- MEKAR Ihsan – At-risk groups such as senior citizens, OKU, bedridden patients, mental health patients, chronic patients
- MEKAR Community – Government agency programmes, statutory bodies, NGO and local residents associations
- MEKAR Pahlawan – MYTENTERA registration, MYPOLIS (PDRM) & Askar Timbalan Setia State Johor (TSN)
- MEKAR Identity – Individuals in detention centres, elderly care centres, mental hospitals & individu whose citizenship status is in doubt
