MyKad Command Set

MyKad Command Set is a set of programming instructions for the purpose of reading and writing data into government smart card chips issued by the Department of National Registration such as MyKad, MyTentera, MyKid and MyPR. Among the information in the chip that can be accessed are ID card number, name, address, photo and fingerprint.

The applicant is a company, individual, business partner, government agency or private company established by the government.

  conditions (RK-NRD-TM-PP-11-01) and application form (RK-NRD-TM-PP-11-02).
• The applicant must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions before submitting the application.
• All supporting documentation as in the application form must
  be submitted with the application form. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
