Ordinary Registration of Death (Sabah)

Applicantan registration death biasa bermaksud setiap death that berlaku di Sabah must diregisterkan in period 24 jam dari date death.

Application for death registration may be made by the following individuals:

1. Next of kin to the deceased;
2. Individu that mengetahui tentang death.

1. Form registration death (Form B) and Form N2 (extract) diisi with complete;
2. Reports polis for death that berlaku di rumah (original and copy);
3. Pengesahan or perakuan death jika death berlaku di hospital (original and copy);
4. Identity Card or Permit Masuk or Pasport next of kin to the deceased or individu that mengetahui tentang death (original and copy);
5. Identity Card or identification document the deceased that original. Jika tiada/hilang laporan polis must be enclosed;
