Registration of Death While Performing Hajj (Peninsular)

Setiap death that berlaku semasa menunaikan Hajj must be reported to penregister di Hedjaz in masa 40 hari dari date death or reports to counter Ibu Office NRD in masa 6 bulan dari date death. [Section 4(1)(a) and (b), Akta 152]

Applicantan registration death Hedjaz bby dibuat at any NRD office throughout Peninsular Malaysia with mengemukakan Form NRD.LMH2 that complete and disertakan with documents sokongan. Bagaiamanapun, approval hanya di buat di Ibuoffice NRD.
