General Information
This application is to correct any errors in the marriage register.
Correction of errors in the marriage certificate is divided into:
(i) Application for correction of clerical errors
(ii) Application for correction of factual errors

Passport (Original)
Marriage Register or Extract (Original)
Supporting documents for correction of information.
Application Requirements
Only the owner of the marriage register is eligible to apply.
Immediate heirs if the owner of the marriage register has passed away.
Applications can be submitted at any nearby NRD counter.
